Responsibilities
As a successful PowerApps Developer, you should possess proven capabilities to drive work independently or collaboratively with clients to understand their business challenges and develop distinctive solutions. You are expected to take responsibility for the design of web-based solutions. You are expected to have strong attention to detail and take responsibility for reviewing your work. You will also be expected to assist and lead project documentation development, including project plans, requirement documents, system documentation, and training materials. Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing PowerApps canvas and model-driven apps.
- Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
- Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within the Power Platform Community
- Integrate Microsoft Flow/Power Automate into SharePoint & PowerApps
- Develop workflows that enhance the use of SharePoint
- Develop database objects, data dictionary and ensure the quality and integrity of the databases
- Identity, develop, and deploy reports in Power BI.
- Develop security procedures to protect data from unauthorized usage, create best practices for application access and permissions
- Gather and document user requirements, identify new features; translate business/user requirements into application design.
- Documentation will require an excellent detail level so that other staff members may follow along, even with a little technical background.
- Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions utilizing best practices within the Power Platform Community
- Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
- Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
- Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps
- Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps
- Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit & integration testing
- Knowledge of PowerApps and PowerAutomate licensing plans and features included in different plans.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in developing PowerApps
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Azure
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with Power Automate/MS Flow is a huge plus ·
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Communicate effectively with management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred
