- Handle day to day ticket management
- Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
- Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
- Identifying and using appropriate cloud services to support applications on the cloud.
- Quick learner with passion to learn, remain current on industry trends and adapt to new technologies
- Flexible, dependable, self – starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies
- Candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Well verse with MS Office
- Good documentation skills
- Microsoft certifications if any.
