Responsibilities

• Cloud Consultant position responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
• Consult, plan, design, and implement combined cloud and business process solutions
• Develop and present proof-of-concept for key decision makers
• Analyse business and software requirements
• Provide exceptional technical pre-sales solutions
• Oversee cloud solutions implementation and manage expectations
• Excellent customer service skills and team player
• Travel to customer locations
• Support the Cloud assessment lead in Application/Infrastructure discovery process.
• Influence the customers’ Application owners/Architects to migrate and adopt cloud.

Requirements

• As a Technical consultant the candidate is expected to have in-depth knowledge on Public Cloud (Azure)
• Evaluation of cloud deployment models like for e.g. IaaS vs PaaS vs SaaS and recommending the most suitable model.
• Good understanding of assessment methodologies.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune Setup/ Deployment
• Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary.
• Deep knowledge of application modernization strategies and their application to an enterprise cloud strategy.
• The candidate should also have awareness and opinion on the latest industry trends and its adoptions in the enterprise.
• Knowledge on Enterprise Mobility Suite, Microsoft 365 required.
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s in engineering degree in Computer or IT
• Minimum of 2 year of IT experience.
• Proficiency with  Azure Cloud solutions and concepts
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications/infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
• Strong documentation/reporting skills.
• Ability to lead executive briefings and marketing events
